Inside the 501HDV is a powerful new feature that takes its inspiration from our top professional video head models ¿ a fixed counterbalance spring (set for a typical weight of camera + accessories of 2.5kg) that helps ensure both smoother tilt movements and greater equipment safety even when tilt locks are inadvertently left off. Seems Sweet
Haven’t really put it through ALL the motions yet, but generally like the feel and ease of set up. Seems like the right priced solutions for the XL2and its 20x lens.
